Through the waitlist form on this site we collect the following categories:

• Email address
• Country of residence
• Investor type (individual or institutional)
• Indicated allocation range
• Technical session data: IP address, browser, interface language, submission timestamp

We do not collect payment data, KYC documents, or other special categories of data through this site. Such data will be collected only at the verification stage in the regulated investor portal after VARA licensing.

• Confirming receipt of your request and contacting you at platform launch.
• Segmenting the waitlist by country and allocation range to prioritize launch.
• Compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (including VARA Dubai and AML/KYC after launch).
• Internal audit and protection against fraud and abuse.

Processing of your personal data is based on your explicit consent (form submission) and on the legitimate interests of MarineStake FZCO in developing and protecting the investment platform. Applicable law: UAE Personal Data Protection Law (UAE PDPL), and for users from the EU/EEA — also the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Waitlist data is stored within our technology partners' infrastructure (Vercel — hosting, Resend — email delivery) and is deleted upon request or after 24 months of inactivity, whichever is earlier.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Limited access is held by: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and potentially Cloudflare (CDN/security). All are recognized data processors with appropriate certifications.

Under UAE PDPL and GDPR you have the right to:

• Obtain a copy of your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent to processing
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

The site uses only technically necessary cookies to remember the chosen language, consent to this policy, and basic protection against request forgery.
